The Richardson Building before exterior renovation was started.

After removal of metal siding exterior showed extensive brick replacement necessary.

Extensive brick replacement was also necessary on the East Side.

Brick was found in Milwaukee to match the Window Arches.

The East Side parapet had to be demolished and rebuilt.
